Have you ever wondered what you would do in the case of an emergency involving your pet?

This fun, fast paced class provides guidance on what to do in an emergency situation involving your pet!  Time is not your friend in these situations.  The skills you learn in this 4-hour class will enable you to act fast and confidently.  Some of the topics that will be covered are:

  • Pet CPR/1st Aid
  • Rescue Breathing            
  • Bleeding and shock control Seizures
  • Poisonings         
  • Medications    
  • Weather exposure situations
  • Wellness Exam
  • Controlling your own anxiety

Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a 2-year certificate in Pet CPR and First Aid. You will become a proud member of a small group of dedicated people who show they care about pet health. 

Mike Ittner –  Mike started his career with EMS with the determination to provide a training atmosphere that brings people together as a team.  Mike is certified to teach ACLS, PALS, BLS, Heartsaver, Stop the Bleed for humans.  He combined this knowledge with his love of animals to get certified to teach pet CPR and First Aid.

Cost:  $75/person  

**Children 12 and under may accompany an adult for no additional cost.

Please don’t bring your furry pet as we will be practicing on our stuffed ones.

Water and snacks will be provided. There will be a porta potty available.
